Remote Support

The new remote support app allows authorized service representatives, via a secure connection, to remotely access shipboard computers to troubleshoot alarms, install software updates or assist with startups and commissioning. The app is compatible with MJP JetMaster 3 and MJP 2000 system and is available free for all MJP customers.

5-Year Warranty

The warranty is valid for materials and workmanship, and only requires that service instructions are followed and MJP original spare parts are used.
