Marine Jet Power collects data through traditional and digital channels about the legal persons and companies we do business with. In order to conduct our business, we need access to personal data. The personal data we store: name, phone number and e-mail address. 

Use and Purpose 

In order to fulfill our business obligations, we store personal data for company use only for the following purposes: 

  • Questions regarding new concepts
  • construction and customizing orders
  • Order processing
  • Product delivery and invoicing
  • Start-up/Commissioning
  • Service and spare parts

Sharing personal data with third party

In order to deliver the best service to you as a customer, we sometimes need to share personal data to third party, affiliates and agents. The agents are experts in our products and an extended arm during all the different phases of our cooperation. We have personal data assistant agreements with relevant actors and they are well informed about how personal data should be protected.

We store your personal data as long as it is necessary for our business relationship or unless you submit a written request stating otherwise. 

Your rights

You have the right to request information regarding what personal data we possess about you or your company. You may submit a request by emailing GDPR@marinejetpower.com, all requests will be answered within 30 days. You also have the right to make a request to erase or modify your data in our records. Please note that legal limitations and other regulations may exist that limit your above mentioned rights.
