Join A Team Shaping The Future

Sustainability at Marine Jet Power

As societies transition towards lower emissions, our ambition is to contribute by offering propulsion solutions that support efficient vessel operations and help enable this transition.

Our Approach to Responsible Business

At Marine Jet Power, we integrate environmental and social considerations into product development, operations, and business practices. Our focus is on continuously improving technologies, materials, and processes to support long-term operational performance and responsible resource use. From material selection to system durability, we develop waterjet solutions designed for demanding operations while considering environmental and lifecycle aspects, including circularity, workforce, supply chain, and climate-related impacts.

Environmental Considerations in Product Development

Environmental considerations are integrated throughout our product design, development, and lifecycle management. Through our in-house R&D team, we continuously improve existing waterjet systems and develop new products while evaluating materials, design choices, and manufacturing processes. Our work also focuses on reducing noise and minimizing environmental impact. In underwater noise measurements, our waterjets have been classified as Silent R or Silent E, indicating low levels of underwater radiated noise.

Equal and Meaningful Working Conditions

We are committed to providing safe and respectful working conditions for our employees. Our ambition is to maintain a workplace where people are treated fairly, can develop their skills, and balance professional and personal life. As a company operating production and assembly sites, we also focus strongly on occupational health and safety. By supporting a safe, skilled, and engaged workforce, we aim to deliver reliable products and provide the best possible support to our customers.

Responsibility Throughout the Value Chain

Responsible business conduct is central to how we operate. This includes maintaining high standards in business ethics, protecting sensitive information, and working responsibly with suppliers and partners. As an international company serving customers worldwide, including government agencies, many projects require strict confidentiality. We comply with applicable laws and regulations and work actively to prevent corruption and unethical conduct throughout our global value chain.
