Sanlorenzo’s SP110 “Almax” is a high-performance sports yacht driven by triple MJP 550 CSU waterjets, combining sleek design, smart performance and efficient propulsion for top speeds around 40 knots in deep and shallow waters alike.
Sanlorenzo developed the SP110 as part of its new series — a fusion of sportboat agility and superyacht comfort, aimed at owners who demand top-level performance without sacrificing onboard living experience.
The SP110’s design integrates a wide 8.2 m beam with a deep-V double-stepped hull to balance stability, speed and sea-kindly behavior. Solar panels on the roof supply hotel power while at anchor, allowing extended silent periods without generators — an efficiency innovation in the performance yacht segment.
ENGINEERED WATERJET PERFORMANCE FOR SPEED AND CONTROL
Marine Jet Power’s MJP 550 CSU waterjets were selected to support the SP110’s demanding performance goals, including strong acceleration, high top speed and precise handling. The CSU units are ideal for yachts where engine-room space is constrained, offering a compact installation with powerful thrust and refined maneuverability.
