COVID-19 Business Update
Dear MJP Customers:
During this unprecedented time, many of us find that we are navigating uncharted waters as the global Coronavirus pandemic continues to affect families, business and communities worldwide. We wanted to take this time to share the steps Marine Jet Power is taking as a company in response to COVID-19.
Our primary concern is to safeguard the health and safety of our employees and their families at our four global locations. We also recognize that shipyards and boatbuilders depend on our products to fulfill commitments to municipal and government agencies around the globe, while end users rely on us for support in order to remain operational.
Marine Jet Power has taken the necessary steps to remain open for business. Currently, we are managing the changes to operations and production, and we will continue to support customer deliveries for as long as it remains safe to do so. We are continuously monitoring the regulations and safety guidelines for the countries in which we operate. This includes daily meetings to gauge our ability to safely remain open in each of our locations.
To our customers: We are doing our utmost to mitigate the effect to delivery schedules. Should a delay or change to operations occur, you will be contacted directly with information specific to your delivery.
To end users operating with MJP equipment: We have recently launched a remote customer support solution. Please visit www.marinejetpower.com/support for more information how to service your product and receive support.
“A Force to Trust” is our long-standing commitment and we will adhere to this core company value by communicating openly and transparently with our partners as the Covid-19 situation evolves. Should you need any additional information or support, please contact your appropriate regional office. www.marinejetpower.com/contact.
Yours Truly,
Marine Jet Power
